We live in a day where there is a great cry for coaches, consultants, advisors, trainers, and mentors. So many people feel either ill-equipped or under-trained in areas where they want tangible growth. This is no different in the Church and amongst an emerging generation of God-summoned believers.

Mentorship from Heaven's perspective is a relational process in which a more experienced Christian helps a less experienced Christian grow in their faith, character, and spiritual maturity.

In the Bible, Moses raised up a Joshua to take his place, but Joshua failed in that part and there arose a generation that did not know God. It is imperative that we reproduce our faith in the lives of others. This discipleship dynamic is crucial to the advancement of the Kingdom and indispensable in the personal and spiritual growth of a Christ follower.

In this episode of Keep It 100, we give some insight into what we've walked through on this subject and then we finish the podcast with a wisdom window from Pastor Leader Gary Grogan.
