Karolina is a multifaceted professional with a strong focus on biotechnology, project management, and design. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at NYU Tandon School of Engineering in Elizabeth Hanaff lab (http://idm.engineering.nyu.edu/henafflab/), she is also a Fulbright Scholar and used to work as a Senior Project Manager at A4BEE - IT company focusing on biotech industry (https://a4bee.com). Karolina's expertise includes digital project management, public lectures, and negotiation. Karolina's experience spans academia, NGOs, and startups, with skills in wet lab design and UX/UI. Her work is driven by core values of sustainability, agency, and responsibility.
