I think we can all agree that this year is going to look a little bit different than most for those who are going back to school this fall. During my time in college, I experienced a wide-variety of mental health related illnesses, so I can only imagine how that's going to impact others this fall.
Mental health illnesses are already on the rise in American colleges. Now, in the face of a pandemic, students are going to be experiencing even more change than they already were.
In this podcast episode, I share with you the statistics of mental health related illnesses in American colleges and some tips that helped me to manage and cope with depression while I was in school.
