It's me, Carrie Apparcel, and I'm a dog person though I also put up with cats. I am certainly missing my girl, Chloe, a mixed-breed who passed away in 2021 without knowing her genetic makeup. There's an app downloadable for Android and Apple platforms called Dog Scanner. It gives educated predictions regarding breeds from photos uploaded from storage or live camera shots and divides the percentage of likelihood of breeds. Using the app and an array of photos across her lifetime, the app has suggested 17 different breeds for Chloe's images. I'll be researching the breeds, the countries they originate from, the folklore of those breeds, any celebrations for the dog, and memorial tributes by other human companions of their four-legged friends. I'll devise travel itineraries to the narrowed-down countries and travel to spread Chloe's ashes in the year of the dog, 2030. Follow along and listen to what this sweet girl was and still could be.
