I sit down at the Hawkins Arms in Probus, Cornwall with Joe Taylor who is the CEO and founder of the Wave Project which is a charity that supports children that are going through a tough time with mental health problems by running surfing programmes.

They aren't just any surf school, they have mentors for all of the children that are referred to the project and support them to feel better about themselves and help them make new friends while asking questions pre and post the course to see if and how it has helped these children.
