Dizzy Doan is an artist (tattoo), author, and philanthropist from San Diego, CA. Known predominantly for his Japanese art, Dizzy has solidified himself as the "go-to" man to get tatted by when in San Diego. After almost 20 years in his tattoo career, Dizzy launched a book called, "Memento: Embracing The Darkness". In addition, he has started his nonprofit, "The Doan Foundation" to help give the youth of the next generation an avenue to pursue the arts. Most recently, Dizzy has became the first Vietnamese American to join the Arts and Culture Commission in San Diego where he will continue to make impact in the arts community and provide socio-economical impacts throughout our home city of San Diego and beyond.
Dizzy joins Christian to discuss social impact and awareness of the arts in San Diego, starting a nonprofit business to serve the community, growing in your gift and unique assignment that God has for you, and our imperfect beginnings of growing in underprivileged communities. Together they plan to serve the community, shed light on the talents and gifts in the marginalized communities, and influence and empower future generations to come.
