Ms. Deborah Price, who was Miss North Carolina A&T State University from 1977-1978, currently resides in Willingboro, NJ, and works as a Bank Regulatory Compliance Executive in the NY Metropolitan Area. She entered into the banking industry once leaving NCATSU in 1978 and amassed years of industry, audit, regulatory, business knowledge as well as strong leadership and relational skillsets that enables her to manage and govern regulatory compliance across the largest domestic and international financial enterprises.

Ms. Price established the SeedsFoundation Inc, which is a behind the scenes’ organization designed to touch the lives of children enabling the unimaginable resources and experiences happen which often plant life-changing 'seeds' that will be paid forward. Ms. Price also serves as a Board Member/Advisory Council for Education Africa. She has been affiliated with Education Africa since 2010. Established in 1992, Education Africa strives to reach and uplift the poorest of the poor. With education as the cornerstone for all projects, EA aims to assist disadvantaged South Africans in their quest to obtain a quality, relevant education in order to ensure that they are in a position to become global citizens and a competitive, productive element in the local job market. Education Africa aims for an educated nation, which in turn will lead to a progressive nation that is able to sustain economic growth.
