After her husband's sudden suicide, Kristi Hugstad had to not only deal with her grief in a healthy way, but also find a way to move on and live a happy life once again. Now as a certified Grief Recovery Specialist, her work has helped countless people through the most difficult times in their lives. Through her work, she hopes to help people who have experienced tragic events to gain a new perspective and renew their lives. We discussed:
