[Red Letter Challenge] Mark and Kim Reiswig Consider Luke 4 and the Temptation of Jesus in the Wilderness

We have kicked off the annual Red Letter Challenge and you are invited to join us!
Each year, as he did this year during chapel on January 24th, Geoff challenges the elementary students to read one chapter of the four gospels each day over the span of four months. In so doing, the school community moves corporately through Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, come to see and understand Jesus, together, in fresh ways.
Today, G and Geoff are joined by Mark and Kim Reiswig, a married couple that are both deeply invested in teaching ministry at Northwest Christian School. After years on the mission field and in the pastorate, Mark teaches 8th grade Bible. Kim previously taught Spanish is a public school setting but now teaches within the Northwest Christian elementary Spanish program.
Together, they move through Luke 4, the Red Letter Challenge's reading for today. Join them as the move through the temptations of Jesus in the wilderness and Jesus' rejection in Nazareth.
