Kwong, M.D., F.A.C.S., to discuss how their professional careers have impacted their roles as members of the LASD Reserves. Dr. Kwong highlights his time as a Senior Rescue physician in the LACSD Air-5 Helicopter rescue program and serving as Chief Medical Officer on three strike team missions during Hurricane Katrina for the Department of Homeland Security. We also hear, Lark Hadley talk about his work with the Special Enforcement Bureau, reviewing SEB project vendor submittals for technical accuracy and pricing.
