EP 47: “Far From a Sterling Moment & LeBron James Strives to Make NBA History!”

- This is Episode 15, of Season 2, of our podcast known as "Knicksfandom!"
- In today’s special episode, during the "NBA Talk" segment, L.A. Blackwell, Danny, and Flau review the following:
- Milwaukee Bucks NBA player Sterling Brown’s recent unfortunate incident, involving several police officers that concluded with him being tased and arrested by Milwaukee police officers, over initially a parking lot violation. The fellas discuss this “hot button issue” and how it reflects a negative growing trend, in our society.
- The guys discuss LeBron James epic 46-point performance and the Cleveland Cavaliers “do or die victory” in Game 6 against the Boston Celtics! They also debate the “keys to victory” for each team!
- In addition, they debate the importance of Kevin Love’s injury (concussion) and how his absence from the upcoming Game 7 may affect the series. -Lastly, they make their final predictions for the eventual winner of this hotly contested series!
- Moreover, the guys discuss the Golden State Warriors decisive victory over the Houston Rockets in Game 6 by a score of 115-86! The series is presently tied up 3-3. - In addition, they debate some of the highs and lows of this rollercoaster series. - They also discuss Chris Paul’s hamstring injury and how it will impact the Rockets hopes of reaching the NBA Finals! - Lastly, they review which team will ultimately come out on top!
- The guys debate the recently announced All-NBA First, Second, and Third teams selections! - The Detroit Pistons reportedly interviewing Dwayne Casey as a potential Head Coach candidate. - The Toronto Raptors reportedly interviewing the San Antonio Spurs Assistant Coaches Ettore Messina and Ime Udoka for their Head Coach position.
- Furthermore, during the "Knicks Weekly Round-Up" segment the guys explore the ways in which New York Knicks Head Coach David Fizdale aka “Uncle Fiz” is attempting to “lay the foundation,” pertaining to several Knicks players (i.e. Daymen Dotson, Emmanuel Mudiay, Frank Ntilikina and Kristaps Porzingis).
