In this episode my mom and I discuss her new found ways of more positivity, enlightenment, and happiness through self realization and therapy. We touch bases on understanding what depression is and how it can be a part of your everyday routine without noticing. We also talk about her late father and my grandfather (Dennis Fitzgerald) and his days singing with The Regal Dewy. In the midst of the conversation we also communicate on our pasts and how our future will turn out. This episode is full of tears, joy, happiness, knowledge and also relief. I think I needed this episode more than anybody but I hope you guys enjoy this emotional and vulnerable episode.
