Ukrainian American Tamara Syby-Holovak is the Razom project lead for the Ukraine response initiative and welcome center in the New York City area. She is also the refugee coordinator for Ukrainian Jersey City and the Vice President with Soyuz Ukrainok Branch #143. Tamara's Ukrainian family roots in Jersey City go back more than 100 years.
