Philadelphia police say a 25-year-old man was shot several times inside a Crab du Jour restaurant at Broad and Brown streets in the city’s Fairmount neighborhood.

Inspector D.F. Pace spoke with our partners NBC10 shortly after the shooting and says it seems to have stemmed from an argument between the victim and shooter:

"The individual who was the gunshot victim, appeared to be reaching for something when the shooter pulled out a weapon and fired in the direction of the victim, striking him several times."

Police officers rushed the victim to Temple, where he is in extremely critical condition.

Pace says there is a surveillance video from inside the store that shows exactly what happened.
