A coyote on the loose in Delaware County has been captured, but officials believe there could be more out there.

Marple Township police say Animal Control caught one coyote early Wednesday morning.

This comes after a small terrier was snatched by a coyote from a backyard in Broomall last week.

Police tell residents to stay close to small children and pets when outdoors.

If you see a coyote, police want you to stay away and call 911.
