Philly-area hospitals, 911 systems affected by worldwide tech outage

The worldwide tech outage is causing issues today with some 911 systems and hospitals in the area. Penn Medicine says people with outpatient procedures or operations may receive calls or texts to reschedule. Main Line Health says elected surgical procedures have been put on hold. 911 is operational now, but for several hours this morning, operators in Bucks and Monmouth counties were working by hand because their computers were down.
Courts are also closed today. And, there are major problems at Philly International. There are currently 150 delays and 90 cancellations at the airport. KYW Newsradio's Tim Jimenez has more from travelers who found out their flights were canceled.
