Season 3 of the smash hit FX/Hulu show “The Bear” roared to life just days ago, but Will Poulter (the actor who plays fan-favorite Luca) and 2014 F&W Best New Chef Dave Beran had been prepping for weeks. Poulter — like his co-star Jeremy Allen White — staged with Beran at his Santa Monica restaurant Pasjoli to learn how to accurately portray a professional chef onscreen. The lessons went so well, Beran says he’d hire Poulter as a cook — even despite a messy mishap with a pastry bag. The two dished all about getting kitchen culture right on and offscreen, what it takes to be at the top of your craft, and the pure magic of a great restaurant service. The Montgomery County DA’s office has withdrawn charges against two people accused of trying to pass off hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of Eagles memorabilia with forged autographs from Jason Kelce. Officials say the ongoing investigation found 44-year-old Lee Ann Branco and 49-year-old Joseph Parenti did not know the autographs were fake when they authenticated and sold more than one-thousand items through a Rhode Island store owned by Parenti. A third man, 51-year-old Robert Capone from South Philadelphia remains charged with dozens of felony counts of forgery and theft, and is awaiting trial. No date has been set. The DA’s office says Branco and Parenti are cooperating with the investigation. (Photo: Mike Ehrmann/Getty Images)…
