No matter what time of year it is, overwhelm and anxiety seem to get the best of us. What if it didn't have to be that way? What if you didn't have to carry all that anxiety around all the time, burning out your central nervous system and wreaking havoc all over your body?
Here are some small ways to manage that overwhelm:

  1. Choose only 3 priorities for the day
  2. DELEGATE
  3. Stack tasks
  4. Get rest! It’s required.

Is that really it? Yes, it really is that simple to start managing your tasks so they don't overwhelm you.
