Hilary is an award-winning entrepreneur, CEO of The ReLaunch Co., a featured speaker in Silicon Valley and at women's conferences nationwide, as well as a Philanthropist in The Bay Area. She has been featured in The White House Conference on Bullying Prevention and appeared on an episode of ABC's The Secret Millionaire. DeCesare decided to shift her focus to helping C suite executives and women looking to relaunch in either life, business, or relationships in order to reach their goals and align with their future possibilities.

Hilary has a unique understanding and up-close perspective of the center of any successful business, organization, or life - its people and what they desire to the C.O.R.E. After a 10-year career at Oracle Corporation garnering more than 100 worldwide managerial sales awards including Top Account Manager Worldwide, DeCesare decided to shift her focus to helping C suite executives and women looking to relaunch in either life, business, or in relationships order to reach their goals and align with their future possibilities. As a mother to 3, stepmother to 2 children, and wife to her amazing husband, living in the Bay Area is filled with an abundance of joy for DeCesare. A self-confessed adrenaline junky she has jumped from planes dived in some of the rarest locations and is up for anything that resembles a challenge or growth opportunity. When she is not coaching or spending time with family, she also devotes time to fitness and nutrition and enjoys traveling to exotic or unique locations that bring a new perspective to both her and her client's lives.
Her career began at Xerox. Following Xerox, she spent 10 years at Oracle Corporation garnering more than 100 worldwide managerial and sales awards including the prestigious Global Top Account Manager award. She currently sits on the boards of the Cal Poly Foundation, San Luis Obispo, MaxCure Foundation, and 3 Strands Global Foundation and she continues to be an advocate for children’s health, education, and safety.

She was invited to and has participated in The White House Online Bullying Prevention committee. She's also been recognized with multiple consumer and technology awards: selected as AlwaysOn's “Top 25 Women in Tech to Watch“ in 2010, 2011, 2012, was honored with the prestigious 2010 DEMOgod Award, won the 2012 Golden Bridge Women Founder of the Year Award.
