Dyson並不是為了賺錢才去開發吸塵器和其他被他們重新定義的家電產品，而是他們本身就對設計，工程，驗證，製造充滿熱忱。
以賺錢為目標去決定要做什麼，過程通常是不快樂的，甚至賺到錢後可能會感到空虛。像Dyson一樣把喜歡的事情，把相信的事情商品化，過程中充滿樂趣，賺到財富報酬的機率其實也更高，甚至還有其他像是自信，成就，自我實現的喜悅也隨之而來。
