I worry not only about my mental health, but the mental health of others. No one should struggle with mental health issues as it is the number one issue that we have in this country (USA). If by telling my story and giving my advise and opinion can help at least one person take the step to seeking help, then I have been successful. I hope that you take something from my thoughts and experiences and help lead you to a better more happy life!
