On this Episode I had a chat with Chef Dr. Mike Fenster , about some nagging questions many of us have on nutrition and how it affects our health. He is America’s only board-certified interventional cardiologist and professional chef. He currently holds faculty appointments at The Kansas Health Science Center (Adjunct Professor of Medicine (Culinary Medicine)); West Virginia University School of Medicine (Executive Faculty) and cross-faculty appointments at The University of Montana (College of Health, School of Public Health and Missoula College Culinary Arts Program).
