The disconnection between education and work growing. Or is it? Sara and I talk about the how education doesn’t necessarily feed into career pathways. Instead, there is a space to create your own expertise or job on the foundation of your education. Focus on your strengths and you’ll develop your own style to do what it is that you love.
Our conversation then evolves into understanding the difference between scarcity and abundance. Sara opens up about what her scarcity mindset looks like and how she first started to transition into abundance.
Sara Jones is a founding member and COO of Women Tech Council. With a degree in chemical engineering and a law degree, Sara worked in patent law for 10 years. Despite the security, she left it all behind and started a video production company and enter the fast-paced world of tech.
