Achta Mahamat Saleh is the Director of Legal Affairs & Compliance Confederation Africaine de Football (CAF). Achta has an impressive and inspiring journey into sports law. Having completed her Masters in Law in International Trade/Business Law from the University of Bordeaux in 2006 before securing a role as Legal Counsel at FIFA (2008-2010). Following a return to Chad she became a member of Chad's Constitutional Council for a period of one year (2017-2018). After which she returned to football in her role as Director of Legal Affairs & Compliance at CAF. In this podcast Achta shares her journey into sports law and dealing with the cultural differences, challenges and opportunity in African sports law.
