Woman Caught Having Sex on Florida Pier Jumped into Ocean to Avoid Arrest: Cops

On Memorial Day, Allyssia Razo, 20, and Zadok Westfield, 23, were allegedly having sex on a Florida pier that was gated off but in full view of beachgoers. When an officer approached them, Razo allegedly jumped into the water and swam to shore, where she was apprehended by beach patrol officers.
