Prior to becoming the CEO, Marcell was the director of Sales and Marketing of the company. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, Marcell developed incredible communication skills, allowing him to generate great outcomes for tradies across Australia by coordinating his team to an exceptionally high standard.
Marcell acknowledges both the value and importance of cooperation and teamwork as core growth mechanisms for an innovative business. He believes that the key to a successful business lies in fulfilling customers’ needs, which is the main idea of FlatRateNOW; to help tradies in accelerating and automating quote creation, calculation, and manipulation.
