In this episode, we talk about the symbiosis of Church and marketplace ministry with Linton Ward. Linton is passionate about bringing heaven to earth through enabling growth and transformation in people and organizations. Since retiring in 2020, he has been certified in Destiny and Life Coaching and is developing a leadership coaching practice. He serves as a co-leader of the Leaders Alliance Marketplace Catalyst group, and is an elder and board member of his local church. With over 45 years of ministry and church leadership roles, he has had the opportunity to experience first-hand the wonderful brilliance and challenges of the local church. He’s currently working to see every member empowered to bring the kingdom of heaven to their personal scope of impact. As a former IBM Distinguished Engineer leading solution development, he saw first-hand how spiritual gifts play key roles in the marketplace, as well as in the church. Linton has a Ph.D in Physics from North Carolina State University.
