Matthäus v. Esterházy is Managing Partner of C-P-S Holding GmbH. After studying in England, he started at Fraunhofer IPA in the field of applied research for factory planning before moving to a technology consultancy in Munich, where he rebuilt the logistics planning division. In 2015, together with other partners, he took over C-P-S Holding GmbH & Co. KG. Here, he redeveloped the Centers of Competence in the area of logistics and is responsible for establishing new locations in Asia and the USA.
