The world sees the triumphs, but few people appreciate the work that goes into becoming an Olympian. Hayley Hamp and Josh van Kampen sit down with Olympian Tamsin Cook, the youngest selected swimmer on the 2016 Australian Olympic Team who swum the final leg to secure the silver medal in the 4x200m freestyle relay. Tamsin gives insight into her journey to the RIO games, the importance of the athlete and coach relationship, and how to manage your physical and mental wellbeing as an athlete.
