She’s embarked on a 20 year long, hands-on research, interviewing employees at all levels in organizations, to identify over 30 staff demotivators that drain team members and reduce employee engagement. Julie shares her first experience of becoming a manager and how she dealt with her first challenge. She shares a key demotivator that requires us to look at our own behaviors as leaders, not always having to prove ourselves and being willing to ask for help.
