In this episode, I had a chance to chat with Jason Ballard, who oversees Student Ministries at a large church in Langley, B.C., as well as serving as a key contributor with Alpha Canada. Jason is an incredibly sharp, authentic leader, who has never allowed the platforms to change his person.
