Hey Friends! The first step to leading an effective problem-solving team is to IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM and have CLEAR ROLES on the team. Solutions don’t need to come up right away, you just have to identify the problem, be clear with everyone’s role and that will take you in the right direction.
