There are 3 possible reasons you haven’t reached your goals:

  1. Mindset

  2. Habits

  3. Skillset

All 3 of these go hand in hand! Last week we talked about the first one-mindset- and today we are jumping in to the other two!

Sometimes its not just a matter of what you need to DO, its a matter of who you need to BECOME.

“Of course you want to do what I do, but are you willing to do what I DID?” -John Maxwell

In order to become as successful as you want to become, you need to observe the habits of the people who have gotten to where you want get.

And then you need to make those habits your own. We are going to talk about a few habits of the most successful people on the planet that I’ve observed and studied.

Lastly, this business is a set of skills that anyone can master and get good at. How well are you getting results in these areas of recruiting, retention, duplication, and leadership?

If there’s an area where you’re NOT getting great results, commit to mastering those skills until you do!

If you want to reach your goals with more speed, remove the friction.

Develop the mindset of a successful person, develop the habits of a successful person, and develop the skills that a successful person has….and you will BECOME a successful person. 🤍
