Prashan De Visser founded Sri Lanka Unites in 2009, the largest youth reconciliation movement in the country. The work has since expanded into a broader organization, Global Unites, a network of teams in 13 countries. In this episode, he joined Matthew Hall and Vivek Sarin for a conversation about the importance of leadership development and how it can make a meaningful impact for lasting transformation in any culture.
