Rachael Denhollander is an attorney, advocate, and educator who was the first woman to speak publicly against former USA Gymnastics team doctor Larry Nassar. As a result, more than 250 women came forward as survivors of Nassar's abuse, leading to his imprisonment. She was named among TIME magazine's 100 most influential people in the world in 2018, was awarded Sports Illustrated's Inspiration of the Year Award that same year, and--along with the more than 300 survivors of the USGA sex abuse scandal--received the Arthur Ashe Courage Award. She's the author of three books: What's a Girl Worth?, a children's book titled What's a Little Girl Worth?, and most recently Discover Your True Worth.

She joined Matthew and Andrea on this episode to discuss her work and how leaders and organizations can be more effective in preventing abuse and handling it right when it does take place.
