We've reached episode 40 of the Leading People podcast!

As so many podcasts fail after only a few episodes, I'm very proud of this achievement. I'm also very grateful to all of you who tune in every two weeks and then promote and share episodes with your friends and colleagues.

So, this is the official end of Season 1 and I'm taking a short break before launching Season 2 in September 2022.

In this short episode, I take a brief look at how to determine whether someone has potential.

Being in the business of helping clients make better talent decisions, this is one of the most pervasive questions that our clients ask us. Yet, as I explain, this is not a simple question to answer.

Many people have contacted me in recent weeks because they're thinking of launching their own podcast. So, I also provide some insights into how to do that.

I've already begun scheduling and recording episodes for Season 2 and I can promise you some fascinating conversations to come.

Until then...
