Aaron Osman is a leadership coach and facilitator, hailing from Tahawai, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. He educates leaders about wellbeing and leadership principles to foster deeper thinking and insights that enhance decision-making, emotional vitality, and overall leadership capability. His joy comes from participating with a leader in their wrestle with complex issues and witnessing them grow as a result of their effort.
