Some leaders fail to realize that the success of their group or organizations lie not only on the ability of the leader to command and lead, but more so in having good relationships with its people. Having sympathy is one, but being empathetic is another. It is about having the ability to understand and share the feelings of others. It's putting oneself in another’s shoes
