LEADING FOR A CHANGE EP#2

There are two possible changes a leader can bring to pass in leadership: 1. Change of things from good to better. And 2. Change of things from bad to worse.

The kind of change the people will experience depends on the intentions of the leader. And the change we seek will always be betrayed by our intentions.

Reflections: From the outcomes of your leadership, do you see things moving from good to better or bad to worse? What should you stop doing or continue to do to sustain the change you are bringing about?
