Look at your current team members you're closely working with and ask yourself: “Are your team members amplifiers or detractors? Are they bringing out the absolute best in you? Do you feel excited, and do you look forward to meeting with them? Or do you end up in a place where you feel completely drained when you meet with them?”

Amplifiers are individuals who enhance the team, the company, and the overall business with their positive impact. They bring out the best in others and contribute significantly to the company's progress. Detractors, on the other hand, are not necessarily bad people or employees with bad intentions. They may perform well in their roles but do not contribute positively to the team culture, dynamic, or business growth. They unintentionally hinder progress and can negatively affect the team's morale and productivity.
