Hi Beautiful People!
Today I have Jess Carroll my lovely neighbor who is a registered nurse, energy healer, soul guide and compassionate lover of all humans. Her personal journey towards the light has been the loom from which she weaves the beautiful tapestry of life; gathering daily rituals, prayers, ceremonies and self care practices along the way.
Loving Herself Back to Wholeness: During one of her first yoga classes, she was visited by the spirit of her maternal grandmother. While in savasana, she hovered above her as an owl with angel wings and gave her a very simple template for loving herself back to wholeness. She instructed her to focus on her breath, move her body, sing, and most importantly to use her hands to heal herself and others. She began teaching yoga, guiding and inspiring others to listen to the voice of their souls and helping them connect to their ancestors.
