Michele Jones wanted to work on Saturday Night Live but by the time she was 19, she realized she needed a job that would pay the bills. She accepted an entry level job at Dell Technologies not thinking it would be a lifelong career. Seventeen years and six promotions later, Michele is an Education Service Program Manager.
