Another six accused of breaching public order in Cúlóg.

Seisear eile cúisithe faoin ord poiblí a shárú sa gCúlóg.

A total of 21 people have now been charged with the clampdown that took place yesterday on a site that was being prepared to provide accommodation for refugees, and six others have appeared in court this afternoon to be charged with breaching public order in Coolock on the north side of the high city.

21 duine san iomlán anois atá cúisithe faoin gclampar a tharla inné ar shuíomh a bhí á réiteach le lóistín a chur ar fáil do theifigh, agus seisear eile tar éis a bheith os comhair cúirte tráthnóna lena gcúiseamh leis on ord poiblí a shárú sa gCúlóg ar an taobh ó thuaidh den ardchathair.

They were all released on bail after the Dublin District Court hearing, which had a special final sitting last night with 15 charged and released on bail.

Scaoileadh amach ar bannaí ar fad iad tar éis na héisteachta de Chúirt Dúiche Átha Cliath, ag a raibh suí speisialta deirneach aréir le 15 a chúiseamh agus a scaoileadh amach ar bannaí.

Gary Daly (45) of North Cross, Mullhide Road was today charged with 2 counts of breaching public order – being threatening, abusive and disobeying instructions from a Garda.

Cúisíodh inniu Gary Daly (45) as Cros an Tuaiscirt, Bóthar Mhullach Íde i 2 chúis faoin ord poiblí a shárú – a bheith bagarthach, maslach agus gan glacadh le treoir ó Gharda.

The same two charges were attributed to Úna Colgan (69) from Drumconrach.

Cuireadh an dá chúis chéanna i leith Úna Colgan (69) as Droim Chonrach.

Alan Dunne (63) of Bunraite Avenue in Coolog was accused of failing to accept instructions from a Garda.

Cuireadh i leith Alan Dunne (63) as Ascaill Bhun Raite sa gCúlóg nár ghlac sé le treoir ó Gharda.

That reason was also brought against Tom Printer (68) from Newbridge in Co Kildare and against Hugh O’Rourke (55) from Priorywood in DAC 7 and against Edmond Butler (53) from Dunachmide in BAC 13.

An chúis sin freisin a cuireadh in aghaidh Tom Printer (68) as an Droichead Nua i gCo Chill Dara agus in aghaidh Hugh O’Rourke (55) as Coill an Phrióra i mBÁC 7 agus in aghaidh Edmond Butler (53) as Domhnach Míde i mBÁC 13.

They were all granted bail of €200 on the condition that they stay clear of the old Crown Paints factory on Mullhide Road.

Ceadaíodh €200 bannaí dóibh go léir ar an gcoinníoll go bhfanfadh siad glan ó sheanmhonarcha Crown Paints ar Bhóthar Mhullach Íde.

Some of them were also ordered to stay clear of the Guards Barracks in Coolock.

Tugadh ordú do chuid acu fanacht glan freisin ar Bheairic na nGardaí sa gCúlóg.

Lawyers for Tom Printer from Kildare said he was retired, hard of hearing and had left his car at the barracks.

Dúirt dlíodóirí thar ceann Tom Printer as Cill Dara go raibh sé ar scor, nach bhfuil an éisteacht go maith aige agus go raibh a charr fágtha ag an mbeairic aige.

He was allowed to get his car but made an arrangement with the Gardai, but was ordered to stay clear of the place afterwards.

Tugadh cead dó a charr a fháil ach socrú a dhéanamh leis na Gardaí, ach hordaíodh dó fanacht glan ar an áit ina dhiaidh sin.

The six are due back in court on the 10th of October.
