In this episode, we hear about the journey of a ride on the Transamerica trail route from Virginia to Oregon, 4,063 miles in 83 days. Mark needed some adventure in his life after finishing college, and he and two friends took a cross-country adventure to fill that desire. During the episode, we learn about their prepping for the adventure, the people they met along the way, the psychological toll it took on them, the weather, the importance of communication, entertaining themselves, their diet, crossing the Appalachian and Rocky Mountains, and how God played a role in this mission ride that changed their lives.

I recommend listening in at 59 minutes and 16 seconds to get a key wrap-up of what Mark learned from this adventure.
