In this episode of Legally Blissed Conversations, we are joined by Dina Cataldo, a criminal prosecutor turned coach; Keren de Zwart, founder of Not Your Father's Lawyer; and Diana Schimmel, a family law attorney, and partner at a female-founded law firm for a roundtable conversation about overachieving, burnout and productivity.

As driven, high-achieving female attorneys, we push ourselves beyond being driven and productive. We believe that this unrealistic push, or grind, comes because we're judging ourselves for not achieving what we think we should have achieved 'by now.' Feeling the need to work harder, do more, push harder, and bill the extra dollar - is all to our detriment - feeling like we haven't fully achieved despite actually having a high level of success in our careers. Once we become more present, scale back and learn to value rest, our work becomes more manageable and productive.
