Real name Elisa Massara, Elasi is an Italian singer, songwriter, producer, and DJ whose style explores the surreal and the obscure to great lengths, attracting followers with her unique brand of pop filled electronica and left of centre vocal. Her music journeys across a metropolis of synths, drum machines and faraway rhythms, incorporating traditional instruments, chants, and global choir ensembles with her avant guard Italo disco style. A resident on Radio Raheem, Elasi has collaborations waiting in the wings with Bawrut, Clap! Clap!, Montoya, Anoraak, Sebra Cruz, and Populous. Trident and Elasi bring on board Sebra Cruz ( Margot, Margot Records) for the rework, whom under his Pepe guise has been a key resident in the Romagna coastal clubs since the ‘90s, releasing on Life And Death, with DJ Tennis, Catz N' Dogz, and Joseph Ashworth. The Italo Disco vibe of Musica Especial is as exotic as it is wonky. It is shiny and electric, a musical Salvador Dali, designed for summer dancefloors and for twirling to beneath the midnight stars .
