Thousand Springs’’ is a warm-hearted EP from Munich producer San Quentin featuring 3 tracks outfitted for vibrant summer gatherings including a remix from psychedelic Trance extraordinaire Anatolian Weapons. In his latest transmissions San Quentin summons utopian skies and tripped sunsets with his tracks “Milfontes” and the more punchy “Der Grottenolm”. “Milfontes” features flanged out cosmic breaks, bubbly Arp sequences, and heartfelt fluttering pads. It’s packed with emotion and oozes optimism and positivity. “Der Grottenolm” first gives off dusty old Roland sounds with its 909 and 707 drums and a dark saw bass line later contrasting with a joyful organ straight from early-proghouse heaven.
