In this week's episode, we are going to talk about the crucial importance of being intentional with your physical health. We'll explore creating and maintaining a regular exercise routine, adopting a healthy diet, developing good sleeping habits, and embracing proper grooming and attire.

  1. Rate your overall physical well-being this week on a scale of 1 to 10.

  2. What activities or exercises did you engage in to maintain or improve your physical health?

  3. Were there any obstacles hindering your physical well-being, and how did you address them?
