Welcome back to the Let Me Finish podcast! It's been a while and I'm excited to share the new episodes I have lined up.
The first one is with my dear friend Claudia Mestre Moreno (IG: @clmmoreno). We've known each other since 2013 where we met at University and have been very close friends ever since. With a share interest in personal development and constantly on the look out for the next challenge, I couldn't think of anyone better to kick off the return of the podcast
On this episode we discussed the "New Year, New Me" phenomenon which sweeps the worlds at the beginning of every year. We tried our best to cover what motivates us, why do we tend to fail on some new years resolutions, benefits of setting goals, and share some anecdotal experiences.
