Manage episode 246500167 series 1400786

Whatever the circumstances, jealousy is not a nice feeling, and today we are exploring how we can navigate feelings of envy. And how can we reframe our jealousy in a more positive way?
On the flip side, what can you do when you feel like your friends are being resentful of your successes?
